Project description: Sandy Hook Promise foundation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization whose sole mission is to educate and empower parents, schools, and community organizations on how to prevent gun violence before it happens by delivering and advocating for mental health and wellness early-intervention programs, gun safety storage practices and sensible state and federal policy.
Dr. Bishop has been hired to consult with Sandy Hook Promise to offer:
- Program Model Advisement to the Chief Program Officer
- Literature review to identify best practices for program delivery to support students, educators, and administrator
- Program Model recommendations
