Project description:
Systems Blueprinting around Curriculum Development and Outcomes Evaluation
Since 2021, the contents of this work has encapsulated the entire process of systems blueprinting undertaken under the directive of the CEO and CSPO with goals of moving toward streamlined work in the Phipps Neighborhoods: (a) program and curriculum design; and (b) program outcomes evaluation to measure and tell the story of PN’s impact on program participants and PH residents. The ten components outlined in the systems blueprinting workflow align with a process of change management through ecosystem analysis. This allows the Executive Cabinet and frontline staff to engage within Phipps Neighborhoods community members, to learn from and about program participants to gauge PN’s holistic impact on the families it serves. That ecosystem analysis captures impact flow from individuals to programs and the entire organization within a landscape of community-based groups committed to lifting NYC out of poverty.
