Professor and community organizer. Henry Beltrán Pérez has nearly a decade of experience as a peacemaker and social issues in Colombia. He works on Indigenous education, child recruitment prevention, climate change – WASH issues, monitoring and project evaluation, international cooperation for development, and project management.
Henry Beltrán is a Professional in Government and International Relations, a specialist in International Cooperation and Project Management for Development, and holds a master’s degree in social and educational development. He is co-author of 6 publications on peacebuilding, recruitment prevention, and youth issues.
He is currently the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for the Pies Descalzos Foundation and Consultant on Education and WASH issues for the Siemens Foundation in Colombia.
