Project Description:
- Directed design and training of all program curriculum tools across 4 divisions comprised of 100 staff in 2 cities (NYC and Washington DC)
- Overhauled entire research evaluation measurement suite to understand program impact and success with 3000+ youth participants in school-day and after-school
- Systematized technical tools and trainings for all program staff across both Microsoft and Google ecosystems to create digital hubs for curricula, data and programs
