Project description: Dr. Bishop supports the needs of the NYC DOE CS4All team and EECS teacher leaders by providing consulting services for EECS affinity groups. Dr. Bishop leads a series of white affinity groups workshops for the Exploring Equity in Computer Science Series. Dr. Bishop customizes plans for engaging meetings and interactive synchronous or asynchronous activities for the white affinity group. All work, including slide development and reading groups, engages EECS members in introspective study, racial/ethnic literacy and CS advocacy best practices.
